Dreams of Another: A Thrilling VR Game that Creates a World by Shooting 2025

PlayStation revealed Dreams of Another, developed by Q-Games, in a trailer on February 12, 2025. The trailer showcased a man wearing pajamas and carrying many types of guns. The game is based on a psychological concept: “No Creation without Destruction.”

What makes Dreams of Another so Unique?

In this game, you have to shoot and fire your weapons not to destroy but to create the world. You fire guns, launch RPGs, and create explosions to generate the world. This game has a beautiful message behind the whole game that destruction is also necessary for the creation of the world. The trailer also delivers us with a strong message that says

Because destruction is by no means an end but a beginning of something beyond

Immersive Gameplay and Story

According to the studios, the game uses cutting-edge point cloud technology, creating an ethereal, impressionistic dreamscape. The game is made up of countless different particles which, when interacted (Shot) collapse into one piece to bring an object in the world of existence.

Dreams of Another revolves around a story of two scared characters: the man in the pajamas and the soldier. While dwelling in the stories of these two characters, players can interact with different objects in the game, like talking trees and doors uncovering their thoughts, emotions, and secrets.

The game is soon going to be launched on PlayStation and PS VR2 by this year, 2025.
